SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to methods for introduction of biological glue for closing a puncture. The method includes: introduction of a device inside the specified puncture, wherein the specified device contains: biological glue; a sleeve for biological glue, made with the possibility of axial movement relatively to the specified biological glue, in which the specified biological glue is located in the specified sleeve for biological glue; a pulling comb attached to a proximal section of the specified sleeve for biological glue; a support element located inside the specified sleeve for biological glue proximally relatively to the specified biological glue; a pushing comb attached to a proximal section of the specified support element; and a lock of the pushing comb, provided in a locked position, in which retraction of the specified pushing comb is prevented; removal of the specified pulling comb and sleeve for biological glue back for extraction of at least part of the specified biological glue, wherein removal of the specified pulling comb switches the specified lock of the pushing comb to an unlocked position, in which the specified pushing comb is made with the possibility of forward retraction; and retraction of the specified pushing comb and the support element for compression of the specified biological glue.

EFFECT: obtainment of a device for closing a vascular puncture.
