FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to an agent with an anticoagulating effect and to a method for the treatment of conditions associated with a disorder of the hemostasis system. The agent with an anticoagulating effect contains, as active substance, fractions of ultralow molecular heparin with average molecular weight of 1700-2600 Da, at the following molecular-weight distribution: content of fractions with molecular weight of less than 2000 Da – 30-50%; content of fractions with molecular weight from 2000 to 4000 Da – 40-70%; content of fractions with molecular weight from 4000 to 8000 Da – no more than 10%. The method for the treatment of conditions associated with a disorder of the hemostasis system includes administration of the above-mentioned agent.
EFFECT: above-mentioned group of inventions allows for expansion of the range of anticoagulant agents having an expressed selective effect relatively to FCR Xa, characterized by practical absence of antifactory-IIa activity and low hemorrhagic effect.
