FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a group of inventions comprising a method of producing a preparation of a ribonucleoprotein complex CRISPR-Cas and a preparation of the ribonucleoprotein complex CRISPR-Cas for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B, obtained by said method. Method comprises steps for synthesis of guide RNA with SEQ ID NO: 1-6, combining Cas-protein of the family CRISPR-Cas LbCpf1 from Lachnospiraceae into a complex with at least one guide RNA and lyophilic drying of the ribonucleoprotein complex CRISPR-Cas, thus obtaining a ribonucleoprotein complex preparation CRISPR-Cas.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for detecting the antibiotic resistance gene bla-TEM-1B.
