SUBSTANCE: group of inventions including an immunostimulatory composition for stimulating the toll-like receptor 21 (TLR21) (variants), a method of producing an immunostimulatory composition and a method of inducing an immune response against the toll-like receptor 21 (TLR21) in a subject are described. In one embodiment, the immunostimulatory composition comprises an immunomodulatory composition comprising a plasmid nucleic acid, a liposomal carrier, and an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide having at least one CpG motif and a guanine nucleotide enriched sequence.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of agents for stimulating the toll-like receptor 21.
