FIEL:D: gold concentration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the concentration of gold-bearing raw materials and can be used in non-ferrous metallurgy to extract gold from gold-bearing ores and man-made products. The method for extracting gold from gold-bearing raw materials includes grinding the coal sorbent to a particle size of minus 0.5 mm, mixing the crushed sorbent with the original gold-bearing raw material, loading the mixture into the anode chamber of a diaphragm electrolyser, electrochemical chlorination of the gold-bearing raw material with simultaneous sorption of dissolved gold by the coal sorbent, unloading of treated raw materials after the end of the electrochemical chlorination, separation of saturated coal sorbent from spent raw materials by flotation, direction for ashing and melting of the frothy flotation product after processing one or more portions of the initial gold-bearing raw material with one portion of the coal sorbent.
EFFECT: increased extraction of gold into the final gold-bearing product.
