FIELD: block fuel.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing block fuel using the hybrid technology includes the operations of mixing the components in a Werner-Pfleiderer type mixer, moulding on a screw press, and cutting into elements. Ammonium perchlorate is used as an oxidizing agent, polyvinyl butyral is used as a binder, dibutyl phthalate or dibutyl sebacate is used as a plasticizer, and ethyl alcohol is used as a solvent to be removed. The components are mixed at a temperature of 50°C in four stages. At the first stage, the binder and loose inert components – process additives – are mixed for 8-10 minutes. At the second stage, liquid components are mixed – plasticizer and process additives, 1/3 part of the oxidizing agent and 1/3 part of the solvent to be removed for 30-60 minutes. At the third stage, 1/3 of the oxidizer and 1/3 of the solvent are mixed for 30-60 minutes. At the fourth stage, the remaining parts of the oxidizer and solvent are mixed for 45-90 minutes, with simultaneous plasticization of the binder with ethyl alcohol and dibutyl phthalate or dibutyl sebacate at a solvent modulus of 0.10-0.14 weight parts per 1 weight part of the total mass of the composition, 0.04-0.05 weight parts of the plasticizer per 1 weight part of the total mass of the composition. Three- or four-times filtration is carried out at a temperature of 50-80°C on a hydraulic press and screw press, the elements are dried at a temperature of 40-60°C within 12-24 hours, sorting, bagging and armouring of block fuel elements are carried out.
EFFECT: reduction of fire and explosion hazard of the manufacturing process, reduction of its duration, expansion of the range of fuels, exclusion of the use of vacuum equipment.
