FIELD: structured illumination microscopy.
SUBSTANCE: system for generating spatially structured light contains a light source; a first grid and a second grid; the first reflective component configured in the first position to form the first light path emanating from the light source and extending to the first grating and then to the next component of the system, and in the second position to form the second light path emanating from the light source and passing to the second grating and then to the next component. In this case, the first reflective component contains a rotary mirror that takes the first or second position, the mirror is two-sided and contains an elongated element, and an axis is connected to the elongated element essentially in the centre of the elongated element.
EFFECT: increase in the speed of visualization of processed samples.
