FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: system for forming images in structured illumination comprises a light emitter; a two-dimensional diffraction grating for diffracting light from a light emitter for projecting a first and a second plurality of interference bands oriented in a first direction on a sample plane, and second directions perpendicular to first direction on sample plane, and spatial filter for transmitting diffracted light received from two-dimensional diffraction grating in corresponding first or second direction, and light blocking in corresponding first or second direction. Spatial filter disk has a first plurality of openings and a second plurality of openings orthogonal to the first plurality of openings.
EFFECT: high speed, reliability and reproducibility of the system.
