The gas generator for systems for expelling liquid and powdered substances from a tank includes a metal cylindrical body with a cover in which an electric activator is mounted, a multi-piece gas generating charge is placed inside the body, the cylindrical body has a blank bottom, the upper part of the body has a thread, the cover is made in the form of a threaded coupling connected along thread with the body, uniformly distributed openings for the outlet of the working gas are made on the side surface of the body, the multi-block gas-generating charge is made in the form of three identical sets of sticks, while the number of sticks depends on the required gas production, the required gas production is decreased by replacing the lower layers of the sticks with a set of process gaskets made in the form of disks with the ability to prevent the movement of the sticks in the longitudinal direction, the wires of the electric activator are sealed by means of a self-hardening compound, a rubber compensating gasket is made between the clutch and the multi-block charge, a central process gap is formed between the sets of sticks and a peripheral gap between the body and the sets of sticks.

EFFECT: multiple use of the housing and cover after operation and recharging of the gas generator and high intensity of outgassing.
