SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the development of nephrogenic anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease. Magnetic resonance imaging of the spleen and left kidney or right kidney, in case of nephrectomy of the left kidney is conducted. The examination is carried out in the mode of marking the spins of protons by a magnetic field in water molecules of arterial blood (ASL-perfusion) of the spleen and kidney with a quantitative assessment of perfusion in the parenchyma of the spleen (ASLS) and kidney (ASLK). The coefficient of development of nephrogenic anemia is calculated according to the formulaΔ AN = ASLS/ASLK. IfΔ AN<1, the development of nephrogenic anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease is predicted. IfΔ AN≥1, the absence of the development of nephrogenic anemia is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides prediction of the development of nephrogenic anemia in chronic kidney disease due to ASL-perfusion indicators.
