SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the treatment of bone defects of various etiologies that require additional stimulation for recovery. A method of creating a tissue-engineered structure for stimulating bone regeneration, including impregnating the matrix with cellular material of the stromal-vascular fraction, characterized by the following: a spongy deproteinized bone graft is used as a matrix, the adipose tissue of the patient is taken and the stromal-vascular fraction is isolated from it, and at the same time the patient's own blood is taken and platelet-rich plasma is isolated from it, the stromal-vascular fraction is combined with plasma and the resulting mixture is impregnated with a matrix of deproteinized spongy bone in a ratio of 1 cm3 of the matrix/1.7 ml of a mixture of stromal-vascular fraction with plasma.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the regenerative potential of the patient's bone tissue in the defect zone due to the use of the most biologically compatible materials, which bring the resulting tissue-engineered structure closer to the characteristics of a bone autograft.
