FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely, to syringes for implants. Implant syringe has an injection needle, a storage element for placing a solid implant, an external sleeve with a radially projecting anterior gripping portion, by means of which the injection needle, storage element and the outer sleeve are axially movable together, the inner sleeve on which the outer sleeve sits and in which the injection needle with the storage element is movable, wherein the inner sleeve has axial slots that penetrate the radial ribs of the inner sleeve, as well as a rod-shaped piston, which is attached to the rear gripping section and is partially covered by the rear sleeve, which can movably penetrate into the inner sleeve. Rod-like piston is movable through the storage element into the injection needle so that between the point of the injection needle and the head end of the piston there remains a distance equal to approximately the length of the solid implant to be inserted. At that, the outer sleeve in the advanced initial position with the open injection needle is detachably locked by the locking device of the inner sleeve, and the locking device, when feeding the rear sleeve to its end position, moves to the unlocked position, as a result of which the outer sleeve is retracted by means of the front gripping section on the inner sleeve so that the injection needle completely enters the inner sleeve. At that, the injection needle with the storage element is permanently connected to the injection needle unit, so that the ribs of the outer sleeve with their radially inner ends are put on the annular receiving part inside the inner sleeve, and that the injection needle unit is configured to be inserted into the receiving portion and to be caged therein, wherein a solid implant can be inserted into the storage element.
