FIELD: semiconductor photodetectors.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of thin-film semiconductor photodetectors (solar cells, photodiodes, detectors) based on hybrid organometallic perovskites. The technical result achieved in the invention is the simplification of the design of a photoconverter based on halide perovskites. The specified technical result is achieved as follows. A method for producing photoconverters based on halide perovskites using self-organizing materials consists in the fact that in a photoconverter containing an anode electrode, a photoabsorbing layer and a cathode electrode placed in series on a substrate, a monolayer of self-organizing organic material (SOM) is deposited by the liquid-phase method on the heterointerface between the absorbing layer and the electrodes by liquid-phase methods.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of a photoconverter based on halide perovskites.
