FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: heated rubber coating comprises at least two layers of polymer material of an upper working layer and a lower bearing layer representing a hardened binding substance on the basis of a polymer material with a filler in it in the form of a rubber crumb. Cover layers are connected to each other as capable to form a solid non-detachable coating. Between the layers there is a heating element in the form of an electroconductive flexible polymer heating net. The upper working layer of the coating has thickness of not more than 4.0 mm and includes a filler of rubber crumb with fraction of 0.63 mm to 2.5 mm. The lower layer of the coating has thickness from 6.0 mm to 40.0 mm and includes a filler with fraction of 1.5 - 5.0 mm.

EFFECT: increased duration of operation, increased resistance of a coating to climatic effects, as well as provision of even heating and melting of snow and ice in the entire surface of a coating.
