SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mixtures for making drinks based on pine nut shell extract and cedar protein. A mixture for making a soluble drink is proposed, comprising pine nut cake, cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin in dry form, dry extract of pine nut shell, in the following ratio of initial components, %: cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin 45-94; cedar nut cake 5-50; dry extract of pine nut shell 1-5, or cake of pine nut, cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin in dry form, dry extract of pine nut shell and decaffeinated coffee, in the following ratio of initial components, %: cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin 42 -84; cedar nut cake 5-50; dry extract of pine nut shell 1-5; decaffeinated coffee 3-10, or pine nut cake, cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin in dry form, dry extract of pine nut shell and dry extract of chaga, in the following ratio of initial components, %: cream or milk of vegetable or animal origin 44-89 ; cedar nut cake 5-50; dry extract of pine nut shell 1-5; dry extract of chaga 1-5. The dry extract of the pine nut shell is finely dispersed with a fraction size of 0.005-0.1 mm.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to get rid of insoluble sediment of the pine nut shell with a simultaneous increase in organoleptic qualities, improvement in the taste of the drink and increase in the content of useful substances.
