SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of organic raw materials and can be used to increase the biological value of food products. A food product based on dead bees is proposed, obtained by hydrodynamic pulsation processing of a mixture of initial crushed dead bees and water in a rotary pulsation apparatus, with stirring and dispersion, to obtain a finished product characterized by the following indicators of the content of water, plant sterols, crude fat, low molecular weight chitosan, chitin, crude protein, sugars, phenolic compounds, including melanin, bee venom, fatty acids, vitamins and ash, %: water 1.0-5.0; plant sterols 0.4-0.8; crude fat 1.0-12.0; crude protein 35.0-38.0; low molecular weight chitosan 8.0-10.0; chitin 7.0-11.0; sugar 8.0-10.0; phenolic compounds, including melanins 9.0-11.0; bee venom, fatty acids, vitamins, the rest being ash.

EFFECT: production of a highly active functional food product with unique preventive properties, in which the potential of useful characteristics of the original natural raw material is maximized, which serves as the basis for creating a line of functional products based on beekeeping products and vegetable raw materials.
