FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: methods for structuring silicon wafers and creating structures on them by chemical and laser processing methods for studying liquid media using giant Raman scattering and equivalent analytical methods. The method of manufacturing a plasmonic microtiter plate, including the creation of a multilayer complex plasmon structure on a substrate, a preselected number of cells is created on the substrate by laser ablation, in the center of each cell, a ring is created with a diameter of≥ aperture diameter of the Raman spectrometer (≥50-100 µm), which is hydrophilic.
EFFECT: creation of a device that makes it possible to obtain stable and reproducible results when measuring giant Raman scattering.
