FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical sensors and a system for measuring giant Raman scattering in the near-infrared range. System includes at least one substrate, which is a nanostructured dielectric layer with relief projections in the form of a periodic array of prisms with a metallization layer of gold or silver, which is sputtered on it, and a measuring module of near-infrared range. Substrate structure period d coincides with wavelength d=λ with twice smaller lateral size of prisms a:d=1:2, height of prisms is h=λ/4, λ/2, 3λ/4. Measuring module comprises a spectrometer made in the Czerny-Turner configuration, a radiation filtering system, a laser source, a multi-position substrates revolver placed in the locking adapter, photodetector array, matrix thermoelectric cooling system, controller, which serves to control matrix, cooling system, laser and for communication with computer.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the system.
