FIELD: plants for the reduction of silicon dioxide.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as part of complexes in the preparation of charge materials for the production of silicon. The plant at the inlet contains the first vibratory feeder for supplying raw quartzite to it and sieving it, the feeder outlet is connected to a volume-weight dispenser, the output of which is connected to the loading device of the reactor with a stirrer, equipped with a heating-cooling jacket. The reactor is made with the possibility of supplying a solution of hydrochloric acid into its body and mixing the solution of crude quartzite with hydrochloric acid and boiling, with further supply of the treated quartzite to the filter. A pump is connected to the filter for supplying water, washing off the formed ferric chloride. The filter is equipped with a drain outlet for draining ferric chloride into the hydraulic tank and a pipeline through which the purified quartzite enters the drying cabinet, from where, after drying, using a screw conveyor through the first valve, it enters the bulk hopper, mechanically and cinematically connected to the second volume and weight batcher, to which the purified quartzite is transported from the hopper through the second valve.
EFFECT: increase in the manufacturability of the plant.
