SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to detail the structural elements of biomedical research objects. The following is proposed: a method of detailing the structural elements of medical and biological objects of study, according to which a color image of blood smears and/or bone marrow is obtained using a computer analyzer, after which threshold operations are applied to the obtained color image, then areas corresponding to the nuclei of leukocytes are selected by means of the procedure for analyzing objects on a binary image with filling voids inside each leukocyte nucleus, then bilateral and median filters are applied to the selected leukocyte nuclei, after applying the filters, the processed image is subtracted from the original image and a detail layer is formed to obtain the resulting image, then the procedure for enhancing the details of a given scale is carried out and the correction procedure is performed image brightness and contrast through gamma conversion.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the objectivity, informativeness and reliability of image analysis in the formation of a diagnostic conclusion in the course of diagnosing oncological diseases, namely, analysis of the chromatin structure of leukocyte nuclei in oncohematological diagnostics.
