SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for electrical activation of water and can be used in agriculture, in particular in the pre-sowing treatment of onion seeds. The method includes electrical treatment of water in a non-flowing electrolyzer. Electrical treatment is carried out for 3-6 seconds, at a current strength of 2 kA with a pulse duration of 75 mcs, a voltage of 8.5 mV at the rate of 1-2 kJ/l, and electroactivated water is produced with a redox potential of -150…-200 mV.

EFFECT: obtaining electroactivated water in order to increase germination and increase productivity.
