FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the preparation of liquid grain feed with a high content of easily digestible sugars. The method includes the supply of grain and enzyme to the storage hopper, and then to the process tank, which operates cyclically for the production of liquid sugary feed. The unit is pre-filled with the amount of water necessary for one cycle, constantly circulating in a closed water circuit and heated to a temperature of 30-40°C. Whole grain or crushed grain and enzyme are fed by screw feeders into the storage hopper, which is installed on the sensors of strain gauges. The scales automatically switch off the screw feeders when the amount of grain and enzyme required for one cycle enters the storage hopper. The grain and enzyme are supplied from the storage hopper to the process tank of the unit through an adjustable slide gate. The grain-and-water mixture is fed to the grate of a passive grinder installed in the upper part of the process tank to destroy the grain and form a homogeneous suspension with an increase in its temperature to 58-60°C. Then the circulation of the liquid is turned off the process of fermentation of the suspension is started for 1-1.5 hours, followed by producing a finished liquid sugary feed in the form of molasses.
EFFECT: improved quality of the finished product.
