SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production. Disclosed is an apparatus for the production of molasses from cereal grains, consisting of a tank with a temperature sensor and a control valve, a centrifugal pump for circulating a liquid mixture through a water circuit, inlet and outlet pipelines connecting unit assemblies into a single water circuit and equipped with valves. A passive hydrodynamic cavitator is mounted in the pipeline behind the outlet branch pipe of the centrifugal pump, which includes a swirler, a braking device and a throttle installed in the pipe. Cavitator tube diameter and pipeline diameters are equal in value and equal to diameter of outlet branch pipe of centrifugal pump. Braking device and cavitator throttle are interlocked and installed at a distance from the swirler, which does not exceed 10 diameters of the outlet nozzle of the pump. A distributor branch pipe is installed on the outlet pipeline of the water circuit in the tank.

EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency and technological reliability of the molasses production process.
