FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: unit consists of a pumping station and a storage tank installed on a frame, interconnected by a system of pipelines into a single water circuit, a grain storage bin and a passive grinder. The volume of the storage hopper installed on the top cover of the storage tank accommodates the initial grain with a mass corresponding to 1/3 of the mass of molasses prepared in the unit in one cycle. Before of the outlet pipeline of the water circuit in the storage tank, a passive grinder with a working body - a grate adjustable in location and angle - is installed and fixed on its cover.
EFFECT: improved quality of the resulting molasses, reduced energy consumption and reduced the production costs.
