SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production and can be used in the liquid sugar containing fodders production for various groups of animals in agricultural enterprises. Molasses from grain cereals production plant consists of container, centrifugal pump, dispersant, cavitator, pipelines with the necessary number of taps and gates. On the pump suction connection two pipelines are mounted parallel to each other with possibility of the liquid flow direction switching: pipeline with the passive dispersant for the passing through it whole grain grinding and pipeline with cavitator for the passing through it liquid heating up. Depending on the processed grain type, obtained in the plant container water, enzyme and grain mixture is supplied into the technologically necessary pipeline.

EFFECT: enabling increase in the molasses production process reliability and productivity, its energy intensity is reduced, and the product quality is increased.
