SUBSTANCE: isolated strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae 144 1-I-2 serotype 19F, 158 1-J-1 serotype 19F, 438 2-J-8 serotype 19F are used to obtain a polysaccharide antigen, which plays a major role in the strain virulence. Based on this polysaccharide antigen, it is possible to produce vaccine and immunobiological preparations.
EFFECT: strains were deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Organisms and Cell Cultures GPKM-Obolensk under numbers No. B-9847, B-9848, B-9850 and are intended to obtain a polysaccharide used as an antigen.
