FIELD: polyether industry.

SUBSTANCE: production of structural products for special purposes in additive techniques. A method has been proposed for producing dressed carbon fibre by applying a dressing consisting of 4,4'-sulfonyldiamine to carbon fibre from a solution with mass concentrations of 0.11-0.73% in a mixture of organic solvents of 50 vol.% acetone and isopropanol followed by a stepwise increase in temperature and simultaneous distillation of solvents and a reinforced polymer composition that contains 80 wt.% polymer matrix based on polyesterimide and 20 wt.% finished carbon fibre obtained by the proposed method.

EFFECT: improvement of glass transition temperatures of created polymer composites due to introduction of a sizing composition, which increases the wettability of the filler and increases the boundary interactions between the filler and the polyesterimide matrix.
