SUBSTANCE: method has been proposed for intensifying the boiling down of the massecuite of the first crystallization, which includes a set of syrup with the sugaring of the sugars of the second and third crystallization, their thickening until the formation of crystals, the growth of crystals, bringing the massecuite to readiness with a set for subsequent pumping into the vacuum apparatus of the first outflow of this massecuite, preparation and descent massecuite from a vacuum apparatus for separation in centrifuges. The massecuite is boiled down in a vacuum apparatus equipped with a mechanical circulator; the mother massecuite is used as crystallization centres, which is pre-fractionated before being put into the vacuum apparatus to contain 5-7 crystals per 1 mm of the length of the test glass surface with a size of 0.120-0.160 mm, and after a set of the mother massecuite, its crystals are fixed by pumping syrup with sugar tinting of the second and third crystallizations. Sugar crystals in the process of boiling the massecuite increase in the size range of 0.60-0.85 mm on pumping the syrup with sugar melt to the content of 92.5-93.5% dry matter in the massecuite, and after pumping the syrup with sugar melt, it is served for boiling the massecuite the first drip, diluted with hot water to 82.5-83.0% solids.

EFFECT: improved quality characteristics of the massecuite of the first crystallization.
