FIELD: building materials; drilling sites.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the utilization of drill cuttings, namely to the production of building materials, and can be used directly at drilling sites for the production of porous and dense aggregates for thermal insulation, structural and structural concrete. The technological line contains sequentially located along the flow of raw materials: a primary heat treatment unit at a temperature of 450-700°C of drill cuttings, a unit for molding granules in the form of perforated rollers, a device for sintering granules at a temperature of 950-1100°C in the form of a high-temperature rotating kiln and a cooling unit. In this case, the unit for the primary heat treatment of drill cuttings consists of two axle-less conveyors connected parallel to each other along the raw material flow, connected by the inputs to a storage hopper, and by the outputs to the inputs of two drying drums, and two belt conveyors connected along the raw material flow to the outputs of two drying drums and with the input of the granule forming unit. In this case, the output of the granule forming unit is connected to the input of the granule sintering unit through a belt conveyor and a chain elevator. The outlet of the unit for sintering granules is connected to a cooling unit made in the form of a drum refrigerator.

EFFECT: increase in the degree of production reliability and stability of the characteristics of the resulting building material.
