SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an extended-release lipid primary concentrate and a extended-release injectable pharmaceutical composition containing it in the form of a lipid solution. The following is disclosed: an extended-release lipid primary concentrate in the form of a lipid solution consisting of a 14–20 carbon unsaturated fatty acid (C₁₄~C₂₀), phospholipid andα -tocopherol acetate at a certain ratio, and the sustained release lipid primary concentrate does not contain diacylglycerol and sorbitan unsaturated fatty acid ester and forms a liquid crystal in an aqueous medium. Variants of the lipid primary concentrate are also proposed, additionally containing one or more organic solvents, a medium chain triglyceride, or a combination thereof. The invention also relates to a sustained release injectable pharmaceutical composition in the form of a lipid solution, consisting of a pharmacologically active substance and said lipid concentrate.

EFFECT: proposed lipid concentrates provide an injectable pharmaceutical composition that has excellent liquid crystal matrix forming ability and excellent injectability along with an effective extended-release profile, excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability, eliminating the possibility of inflammation at the injection site.
