SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, method and device for introducing an intraocular lens (IOL) assembly into the eye. An exemplary optical control system may include a housing having the first end and a second end, as well as the first side extending between the first end and the second end. The housing may include a cavity formed in the first side of the housing and configured to receive an intraocular lens, the cavity comprising the first end portion, the second end portion, and the central portion. The housing may further include an opening formed in the housing, with the first portion of the opening extending from the first end to the cavity. The opto-haptic control system may further comprise an upper wall located on the first side of the housing.

EFFECT: optical-haptic control system may additionally contain feet rotatably connected to the housing in the cavity.
