FIELD: food technology.

SUBSTANCE: food composition for oral nutrition and enteral nutrition through a tube, containing the following ingredients: meat; vegetables, fruits, nuts, seaweeds, herbs, cereals, medicinal plants and/or mushrooms; carbohydrates; fiber; water; enzymes including cellulase enzyme, amylase enzyme and protease enzyme; and minerals and vitamins, where the specified food composition obtained using the following steps: (a) obtaining a food mixture containing the specified meat; vegetables, fruits, nuts, seaweeds, herbs, medicinal plants, cereals and/or mushrooms; carbohydrates; and fiber; (b) sifting this food composition; (c) pre-cooking and grinding to liquefy the food composition; (d) adding water; (e) enzymatic hydrolysis of the food composition by adding enzymes; (f) adding mineral and vitamin supplements to the food composition after enzymatic hydrolysis step; (g) filtering and homogenizing the food composition; (h) sterilizing the food composition; (i) drying the food composition; and (j) packaging the food composition. Also there is a method for manufacturing a food product in a package for oral nutrition and enteral nutrition through a tube, including: (a) obtaining a food composition by mixing meat; vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals, seaweeds, herbs, medicinal plants and/or mushrooms; carbohydrates; as well as fibers; (b) sifting this food composition; (c) pre-cooking and grinding to liquefy the food composition; (d) adding water; (e) enzymatic hydrolysis of the food composition by adding enzymes including cellulase enzyme, amylase enzyme and protease enzyme, and hydrolyzing the food composition obtained in step (d); (f) adding mineral and vitamin supplements to the food composition after an enzymatic hydrolysis step; (g) filtering and homogenizing the food composition; (h) sterilization; (i) drying and (j) packaging.

EFFECT: providing food products for oral nutrition and enteral nutrition through a tube and methods for their preparation, which provide food tolerance, meet nutritional requirements, are inexpensive and avoid side effects, such as bloating.
