SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food products. What is presented is a method for preparing a packaging vegan food composition for oral feeding and enteral feeding through a probe, which includes: (a) obtaining a vegetable food composition by mixing vegetables, fruits, nuts, cereals, seaweed, herbs, medicinal plants and/or mushrooms, carbohydrates and fiber; (b) sieving said vegan food composition; (c) preliminary heat treatment and milling for conversion into a liquid state of said vegetable food composition; (d) adding water; (e) enzymatic hydrolysis of said vegetable food composition by adding enzymes including a cellulase enzyme, an amylase enzyme and a protease enzyme; (f) adding additives of minerals and vitamins to said vegetable food composition after the enzymatic hydrolysis step; (g) filtering and homogenizing said vegan food composition; (h) sterilizing said vegetable food composition from step (g); (i) drying said vegan food composition and (j) packaging said vegetable food composition. Also disclosed is a vegetable food composition for oral feeding and enteral feeding through a probe, containing the following ingredients: vegetables, fruits, nuts, seaweed, herbs, cereals, medicinal plants and/or mushrooms; carbohydrates; fiber; water; enzymes, including a cellulase enzyme, an amylase enzyme and a protease enzyme; minerals and vitamins; where said vegetable food composition is obtained using the following steps: (a) obtaining a food mixture containing said vegetables, fruits, nuts, seaweed, herbs, medicinal plants, cereals and/or mushrooms; carbohydrates and fiber; (b) sieving said vegan food composition; (c) preliminary thermal treatment and milling for conversion into a liquid state of said vegetable food composition; (d) adding water; (e) enzymatic hydrolysis of said vegetable food composition by adding enzymes; (f) adding mineral and vitamin additives to said vegetable food composition after said enzymatic hydrolysis step; (g) filtering and homogenizing said vegan food composition; (h) sterilization of said vegetable food composition; (i) drying said vegan food composition and (j) packaging said vegetable food composition.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain food products that can be used for critically ill patients, for patients in rehabilitation, for the elderly and healthy people, which need supplements and/or substitutes of daily diet suitable for vegetarians.
