FIELD: machinery.
SUBSTANCE: method for abrasive processing of cylindrical holes of parts. A structural element containing two blades with a plate-shaped working surface is placed in the internal cavity of the part coaxially with the axis of its hole. The said structural element is rotated to ensure an equal gap between the workpiece surface and the blades of the structural element. Between the workpiece surface and the surface of the rotating blades, areas filled with abrasive grains are formed and compacted in the contact zone of the abrasive and the workpiece surface. The processing is carried out with unbound abrasive, and the rotation speed of the structural element is set from the condition of ensuring the micro-cutting process of the machined surface of the workpiece hole with abrasive grains.
