FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of selecting sperm during ICSI fertilization. The method involves the isolation of extracellular vesicles from the follicular fluid and their adding to a modified Petri dish for ICSI, in which an additional reservoir with extracellular vesicles of the follicular fluid is created.
EFFECT: method is effective for the selection of fertile spermatozoa and the treatment of infertility in ART cycles.
