SUBSTANCE: mobile device for preparing raw materials for the year-round production of leaf tea from willow weed includes a raw material flattening unit, which is a replaceable pair of single-diameter rollers mounted on gearbox stands, with the possibility of their rotation using the drive roller shaft, and a loading hopper, which is mounted on the stands, raw material withering unit, consisting of an electrical equipment unit, including an electric motor, an elongated two-level trough, on the upper level of which a stainless steel grate is installed, connected to an electric motor for automatically turning the raw materials on the grate, a fan with a heater, a raw material vacuum unit, with rails installed in the upper part of the trough, and the flattening unit on the bottom side is fixed on runners with brackets at the ends of the runners for installation on the rails for free movement of the flattening unit along the rails in order to evenly distribute the flattened raw materials on the grate of the withering unit, and the flattening unit, and the withering unit, and the vacuum unit are mounted to the platform.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to organize year-round production of leaf tea from fireweed with optimization of process cycles and achievement of increased productivity indicators, high quality indicators, including preservation of organoleptic and physical and chemical properties with a significant increase in shelf life of both raw materials and the final product, accelerating the withering process.
