FIELD: agriculture; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural and food industries. Method for storage of raw material of a rosebay willowherb includes lamination of collected raw material of rosebay willowherb for acceleration of drying, forced drying till residual moisture content of 52–54 %, placing into containers after twisting, made of airtight film, sealing and vacuuming to 60÷70 kPa and mass density 700÷800 kg/m3, storage until further processing.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to store raw materials of a herb of the right-angled wheat for arrangement of year-round production of herbal tea, with maximum elimination of loss of valuable substances contained in initial raw materials, which characterize utility of the product and its taste properties.
