SUBSTANCE: mobile device for preparing raw materials for year-round production of granulated tea from fireweed includes a platform on which rails are mounted with a grinding unit installed on them, a unit for squeezing out excess moisture and a vacuum unit using runners with brackets at the ends of the runners, while the grinding unit is fixed inside removable working element and a screw mechanism with replaceable knives attached to the body by a clamp with a lock, driven by an electric motor that rotates a gearbox that transmits torque to the screw mechanism, and a grid attached to the end of the working element; the unit for squeezing out excess moisture includes a perforated container placed in a protective casing and installed on the frame, and a pressing unit, consisting of a lead screw with a lever at the upper end and a pressing disk at the lower end, wherein the pressing unit is configured to be placed inside a perforated container and is fixed to the frame, and the grinding unit, the moisture squeezing unit and the unit vacuum seals are removable.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to organize a year-round production cycle with adjustable depth of fermentation of granulated tea from fireweed, with optimization of process cycles, increased productivity, achievement of high quality indicators, including preservation of organoleptic and physical and chemical properties with a significant increase in shelf life of both raw materials and the final product, reduce the time from mowing to preservation of raw materials.
