FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and diagnostic equipment for vibroacoustic testing of internal combustion engines in an acoustic anechoic chamber. An acoustic dynamometer bench contains an anechoic wall chamber, the ceiling and floor of which are covered with sound-absorbing curtains, sound-transparent slides, a balancing electric machine, a frame formed with the possibility of placing the tested internal combustion engine above the level of the slides, a belt drive, as well as a driven link casing formed by a metal cap and a vibration sound-absorbing lining of the hood. The lining of the inner surface of the hood is equipped with acoustic notch filters, the necks of which are oriented towards the noise source, as well as layers of vibration-damping, sound-absorbing and sound-transparent materials laid sequentially on the hood, adjacent to the notch filters.
EFFECT: increased reliability of test results is achieved.
