FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: plant for the production of oxygen-containing organic compounds by liquid-phase oxidation of the butane-butene fraction with oxygen or oxygen-containing gas, followed by separation of complex mixtures of products. In particular, the invention relates to the production of acetic acid (AA), methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), as well as related products such as ethyl acetate, higher carboxylic acids, etc., as a result of liquid-phase oxidation of the butane-butene fraction. The plant for producing commercial products from the butane-butene fraction (BBF) by liquid-phase oxidation with air contains: a reaction/rectifying column (RRC) 1; capacitor downstream of RRK 1; recycle means configured to supply the liquid phase flow from the condenser back to the RRC; output means configured to output and separate the balance amount of the acid composition output from the bottom part of the RRC into two streams, and it is possible to supply one of these streams through the injection means to the recycle means for mixing with the liquid phase from the condenser; distillation column 2 dividing into light and heavy hydrocarbons, into which the second of these streams enters; block for separating light products from light hydrocarbons coming from distillation column 2; unit for separating acetic acid from heavy hydrocarbons coming from distillation column 2.

EFFECT: creation of an installation for producing a number of commercial products by non-catalytic liquid-phase oxidation of BBF with air oxygen.
