FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing aliphatic carbonyl compounds, more specifically, to a method for producing ketones and aldehydes containing from 2 to 4 carbon atoms (C2-C4) from mixtures of aliphatic C2-C4 olefins. The method consists in that the selected wide fraction of methyl ethyl ketone with a boiling point in the range above 60°C, obtained as a result of fractionation of a butane-butylene mixture oxidized with nitrous oxide, is subjected to two-stage oxidation with air oxygen. Oxidation is carried out at a temperature of 40-80°C at the first stage and at a temperature of 80-120°C at the second stage, followed by isolation of methyl ethyl ketone by fractionation of a wide fraction of methyl ethyl ketone oxidized with air oxygen.
EFFECT: simplified method and reduced material consumption of installation for industrial use, as well as a decreased number of devices and number of process operations.
