FIELD: petrochemical products.
SUBSTANCE: production of an acid composition as a result of liquid-phase oxidation of BBF, which can be used for carrying out geological and technical measures - acid treatment of the bottom hole zone. An installation for the production of an acid composition by non-catalytic liquid-phase oxidation of the butane-butene fraction (BBF) with air oxygen contains: a mixer configured to mix the supplied BBF and acid composition with air, a microchannel reactor having at least one plate with at least one channel, a recuperative boiler - a heat exchanger located downstream of the microchannel reactor and configured to cool the oxidation products leaving the reactor and heat the BBF supplied to the mixer, thereby ensuring heat exchange; a two-phase separator located downstream of the recovery boiler and configured to separate the incoming oxidation products into a gas phase and a liquid phase, which is an acid composition containing at least 55 wt.% acetic acid, means for removing the acid composition from the installation, means of recycle, designed with the ability to supply a portion of the acid composition to the mixer for the purpose of mixing with the supplied BBF. In the method for producing an acid composition: the supplied BBF and the acid composition are mixed with air in a mixer; liquid-phase oxidation of the mixture is performed in a microchannel reactor; the oxidation products leaving the reactor are cooled in a recuperative recovery boiler, while heating the BBF supplied to the mixer, thereby ensuring heat exchange; separating the incoming oxidation products into a gas phase and a liquid phase, which is an acid composition containing at least 55 wt.% acetic acid; ensure the removal of a portion of the acid composition from the installation; a portion of the acid composition is supplied to the mixer for the purpose of mixing with the supplied BBF to ensure recycling of the acid composition.
EFFECT: ability to carry out the oxidation process with less loss of feedstock and increased yield of target products, while increasing efficiency and environmental friendliness due to the abandonment of catalysts containing heavy metals.
