FIELD: molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: method for molecular genetic typing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis is described, which is amplification of the locus of direct repeats of the genomes of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Mycobacterium bovis using polymerase chain reaction on a biological microchip with highly specific immobilized primers corresponding to forty-three spacers of the DR locus. A biological microchip used in the spoligotyping method using the polymerase chain reaction method, with hydrogel cells with highly specific primers immobilized in them, is also described.

EFFECT: technical result is implementation of the invention for the specified purpose.
