FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method for parallel identification of 52 genetic markers associated with various economically useful traits of flax by multiplex amplification of 52 sections of the flax genome. Method involves using primers with subsequent analysis of amplification products using massive parallel sequencing and comparison of the obtained sequences with reference alleles.
EFFECT: development of a DNA test system which enables to identify simultaneously 52 loci in the flax genome associated with economically valuable traits.
