SUBSTANCE: invention disloses a method for identifying the genotype of the causative agent of tuberculosis and its belonging to one of the sublines of the L2 Beijing line. The method is based on multiplex PCR with simultaneous fluorescent labeling of PCR products on an oligonucleotide microchip containing a set of specific discriminating oligonucleotides.
EFFECT: invention enables to analyze DNA isolated directly from a clinical sample, to identify sublines, genotypes, strains of the causative agent of tuberculosis associated with increased virulence and transmissivity, to carry out epidemiological genotyping.
