FIELD: gas treatment.

SUBSTANCE: gas purification techniques using the “wet” method used for the absorption of carbon dioxide from gases, air or vapors with the joint separation of solid dispersed particles using liquid as a separating agent. A wet-type gas cleaning device is claimed, which contains a hopper (1) with a chamber (2), divided internally by height by a horizontal gas distribution grid (11), formed by coaxially arranged rings connected to each other, and containing inclined blade deflectors (15). It also contains a gas duct for tangential input of unpurified gas (7) under the gas distribution grid (11), a spray liquid divider (3), and a gas duct for purified gas outlet, equipped with a centrifugal aerodynamic separator (8). The spray liquid divider (3) is installed under the gas distribution grid (11) at a distance of 300-500 mm from this grid. Above the gas distribution grid (11) there is an additional liquid divider for washing sediments (4), connected to the liquid supply pipeline (14). The blade deflectors (15) are fixed to the gas distribution grid in such a way that they contain space between them in the form of empty sectors (16). The gas duct for tangential input of raw gas (7) contains a first-stage gas purification system (9). Also a system for paired installation of gas cleaning devices is claimed, wherein the gas cleaning device in the system additionally contains a common connecting pipeline that connects the “mud filters” of each device.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of gas purification and the elimination of “dead” zones of gas irrigation while maintaining throughput and ensuring high-quality gas purification.
