SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a new method of personalized preventive gene therapy for a patient at high risk of stroke by intravenous infusion of an autologous leukoconcentrate enriched with genetic material prepared based on the patient’s peripheral blood leukocytes and replicative-defective chimeric adenoviral vectors of serotype 5 with fiber 35 serotype, carrying sequences of the vascular endothelial gene human growth factor VEGF165, human glial neurotrophic factor gene GDNF and human neuronal cell adhesion molecule NCAM1 gene.
EFFECT: obtaining a method of personalized gene therapy in case there is a threat of ischemic cerebral stroke.
