SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a method of separating placental trophoblast cells from exfoliated cervical cells of pregnant women using a microfluidic sorting chip to obtain separated and purified placental trophoblast cells. The method has the advantages of non-invasive sampling and good specificity, allows samples to be taken early, which leads to a low risk of infection and miscarriage, allows simultaneous labeling of several antigens, as well as recognition and sorting of characteristic fluorescent signals, thus significantly improving accuracy; and detection results have higher reliability and wider coverage. Besides, this method has the advantage of taking into account the quantity and quality of cells.
EFFECT: method can be applied to various detection purposes and application scenarios.
