FIELD: video processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at the increase of efficiency of video encoding/decoding. It is achieved by performing a transformation between the current video block of the video region and the encoded video representation, the transformation using an encoding mode in which the current video block is constructed based on the first region and the second region and/or the remainder of the chrominance component is scaled in a manner dependent on the luminance component, and the parameter set in the encoded representation contains parameter information for the encoding mode.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of video encoding/decoding.
