FIELD: video encoding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods, devices and systems for video encoding. The result is achieved by performing a transformation between an encoded representation of a video containing one or more video sections, and the video itself, wherein the encoded representation contains information about a reframing model applicable for intra-loop reframing (ILR) of some of the one or more video sections, wherein information about the reframing model provides information for reconstructing a video unit of a video section based on the representation in the first region and in the second region and/or scaling the residual chrominance component from the video chrominance unit, and the information about the reframing model comprises a set of parameters containing a syntactic element defining the difference between an allowable maximum bin index and the maximum bin index to be used in reconstruction, and the specified parameter is in a certain range.
EFFECT: increasing video encoding efficiency.
